Level of automation of the tube filling machine:
Empty tubes are automatically loaded into the holders with a vacuum tilting block. Subsequently, they are positioned, filled and sealed automatically. The date or batch number is stamped into the tube seal. Tubes are then trimmed for a clean, professional look. Finally, the tubes are auto-ejected from the machine onto the pack-out area.
