The Vanguard model TR-86 tube filling and sealing machine uses hot air sealing technology to achieve running speeds up to 60 tubes per minute. The Whole Package has put this machine through our tube filler rebuild program to ensure a production ready machine. Upgrades were installed such as a new generation touch screen PLC control panel with all new electrical control boxes and wiring. Included with the sale is standard 50mm round plastic tube size parts, additional change parts are available upon request.
